TUITION POLICIES
Tuition is due on the first of each month, late fee assessed after the 5th.
Tuition is based on 4 weeks per month with no extra charge for months with 5 weeks and no proration for scheduled studio closures.
Make-up classes will be provided for classes falling on days the studio is closed.
PREPARING FOR YOUR FIRST CLASS
Be sure to read our polices and dress codes before taking your first class. Plan to arrive 10-15 minutes early for your dancer’s first class. This will allow time for your dancer to check in at the front desk, use the restroom if needed and change into dance clothing/shoes (if applicable). If you have any questions, please feel free to call us!
MAKE UP/MISSED CLASS POLICY
You have 30 days to make up a missed class. To schedule a make-up, please use the parent portal or contact the front desk with any questions.
CANCELLATION PROCESS/POLICY
You may make a lateral change from one class to another class of choice at any time provided there is availability in the class of choice. Please contact the front desk to make this change. If you wish to cancel a class enrollment, you must complete the online Cancellation Form 30-days prior to the next billing cycle on the first of every month. We do not accept cancellations by phone, in person, email or through the Jackrabbit portal. Not showing up for class does not constitute a cancellation of enrollment. You will continue to be enrolled and billed, even if absent, until the Cancellation Form has been received.
