

Anna Hirko is a native of Bucks County, Pennsylvania and began her classical ballet training at Dance Elite under Maxim Ponomarenko (Kiev State Ballet School, Ukraine) and Nadia Pavlenka (Vaganova Ballet Academy, Russia). She spent summers training at Ballet Magnificat! and the Bolshoi Ballet Academy, Moscow. She has danced as a trainee with Joffrey Ballet School, NYC and spent 5 years performing with Paradosi Ballet Company before pursuing a career as a freelance dancer in the greater Seattle area. She performed with Ballet Bellevue, Katy Hagelin Dance Project, the Collective under the direction of Megan Becker and participated in the Seattle International Dance Festival 2018. Most recently Anna has been dancing with Dance Theatre Seattle under the direction of Joshua Grant. In 2021 and 2022 Anna had the opportunity to perform and create for ‘Reconstruct Exhibition’ a choreographic showcase in Los Angeles and has been a part of Reconstruct Initiative master faculty ever since. In addition Anna has had the opportunity to travel and perform all over the world using dance as a way to communicate through language barriers. She has recently discovered a love for choreographing and is driven to bring awareness to difficult issues such as human trafficking, suicide and homelessness through the art of dance. She is very excited to be relocating to the LA/Orange County area and cannot wait to share her passion for technical excellence and expression through dance with the next generation of dancers.

Cassidy Doan and her passion for ballet began at the age of three when she took her first ballet class at Southland Ballet Academy. Since then, Cassidy has had the privilege to be mentored by many notable ballet professionals including Claudio Muñoz from Houston Ballet, Larissa Saveliev from YAGP, Christopher Powney from Royal Ballet, Lauren Anderson, and others. Cassidy has been dancing for a total of 15 years thus far and started her professional dance career when she was only thirteen. Her extensive background in dance also includes pointework, contemporary, modern, jazz, nutrition, Gyrotonic, and more. Over the years, Cassidy has had the opportunity to perform in a wide variety of productions as Clara in The Nutcracker, Swan Lake, Don Quixote, Giselle Sleeping Beauty, Coppélia, and more.
In 2018, Cassidy was awarded second place in the classical ballet division at Youth American Grand Prix in Los Angeles, the world’s largest global competition for dance. YAGP then invited Cassidy to participate in the New York Finals, where she received a full-merit scholarship to a year-round professional program at Houston Ballet Academy. She was on of only two dancers, out of 3000, to receive this scholarship. Cassidy moved away from home independently at the age of fifteen to pursue her dreams of becoming the first Vietnamese-American professional ballerina and trained in Houston, Texas. Her daily routine consisted of intense ballet classes and rehearsals six days a week, from 9am to 4pm, as well as maintaining her own apartment and academic work. Cassidy is now excited to work with N10 while she attends the University of California, Irvine.

Myles Lavallee was born and raised in sunny Phoenix, AZ, where he trained at various dance studios. He grew up competing in dance competitions and won many awards including JUMP’s Teen National Title and NUVO’s Teen 1st Runner Up. In high school he attended Arizona School for the Art before moving away to NYC to study at the School of American Ballet. In 2011 Myles joined Ballet Arizona where he danced for four seasons. In 2014, he moved to Canada to join Les Grands Ballets Canadiens de Montréal and in 2016, Myles joined Hubbard Street Dance Chicago for two seasons. Some of the choreographers he had the pleasure of working with and performing their works include, Crystal Pite, Ohad Naharin, William Forsythe, Jiri Kylian, and George Balanchine. He was commissioned twice to choreograph for Ballet Arizona's Innovations program, and created pieces in both LGBC and HSDC choreographic workshops. Myles now lives in Los Angeles as a freelance artist and choreographer and travels frequently to teach and work with dancers around the country. He has recently been seen dancing with Body Traffic, Post Ballet, Ishida Dance, Heidi Duckler Dance, & Para Mar Dance as well as in several music videos and on Netflix and YouTube. He is extremely passionate about teaching, choreographing and sharing his love for dance! Myles was recently awarded the outstanding choreography award at YAGP’s Phoenix Semifinals.

Chase Peterson grew up in Blooming Prairie, Minnesota and began dancing competitively at the age of 12. From 2017-2020, he attended Larkin Dance Studio in Saint Paul, MN, where he trained under the instruction of Michele, Molly, and Mackenzie Larkin. Post-graduation, he decided to further his dance education by pursuing a BFA at the USC Kaufman School of Dance in Los Angeles, California, where he is currently in the class of 2024. During his time at Kaufman, he has had the opportunity to learn repertory by Paul Taylor, Dwight Rhoden, Desmond Richardson, Doug Varone, Justin Peck, and Kyle Abraham. He wishes to pursue a career in contemporary/concern dance after his time at USC has concluded.

Valerie Chen (she/her) is a Taiwanese American dancer from Irvine, California who is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the USC Glorya Kaufman School of Dance. She previously studied at Westside Dance Project under the direction of Jessie Riley and Megan Guise, and Dmitri Kulev Classical Ballet Academy under the direction of Dmitri and Jennifer Kulev. She received an education from Orange County School of the Arts in the Commercial Dance Conservatory. Valerie has learned from artists including Kyle Abraham, William Forsythe, Jodie Gates, Jermaine Spivey, Bret Easterlling, Micaela Taylor, Hope Boykin, Justin Peck, Dani Rowe, and Dwight Rhoden.

Meaghan is a choreographer, dancer and yoga teacher from Toronto, Canada. Meaghan has trained in dance since the age of 2, competed from the age of 7 and won numerous awards. She has trained with Los Angeles choreographers Brian Friedman, Tessandra Chavez, Talia Favia and Chehon to name a few and has assisted Shannon Mather and Chaz Buzan. She has earned a certification in teaching yoga through Yoga Alliance and yoga tree. She has now started teaching at her home base studio as the contemporary and conditioning/yoga teacher and has won numerous choreography awards for her work. She hopes to help fuse her love for dance and yoga to help dancers find another way to strengthen their bodies and calm their minds during the competition season.

Originally from Taipei, Taiwan, Rob received his undergraduate degrees in Communication Theory, Dance Performance, and his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Chapman University In Orange, CA.
As a lover of movement, Rob’s entrance into dance began with breakin’ and hip-hop culture and eventually led to studying classical modern dance techniques. Rob danced professionally in the Los Angeles commercial industry for 8 years prior to pursuing physical therapy.
Rob is passionate about creating environments and learning opportunities for dancers to explore their physical capabilities. DANCE|PREHAB supports the local dance community across all age ranges from youth, adolescent, collegiate, and adult movers via physical therapy, strength and conditioning, and injury risk reduction education.
Rob also seeks to build up the next generation of physical therapists, and serves as a Kinesiological Motional Analysis Lab Assistant Lecturer at Chapman University's Department of Physical Therapy.
